Organizational Structure The Organisational structure of CRD consists of a Management Team and an Advisory Board. The Management team is responsible for setting the vision & strategic direction of the Center, and forms the basis for the decision-making of the corporation. |

The Advisory Board of CRD ensures the Center represents the interests of the Community and that their diverse voice are reflected at the Center's programs & activities.
The Advisory Board comprises of prominent Somalis living both inside and outside the Country.
